We just got back from a fantastic two-week stay at the Vistana Beach Club. The resort is beautifully maintained with lovely, clean condos that make for a comfortable stay. The ocean views are breathtaking, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you feel welcomed. On the downside, I was woken up by a very loud garbage truck early one morning, and there were quite a few towels already on pool chairs when we went out for a stroll, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to return.

I have been coming to this resort for years, and it’s disappointing to see its decline. While the ocean views are still stunning and the spacious villas provide lovely accommodations, the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance really detracted from my experience. Additionally, the service levels were not as expected this time, especially with some issues in our unit. I hope they can improve these aspects soon.
